*Prices*	Call for current prices on all products. All writtten or faxed quotes valid for 30 days. Volume discounts available based on product, size of order, and terms of payment.
*Terms*	All cemeteries in good standing: net 30 days. A deposit may be required on custom orders. Vault Companies: To establish credit with first order, we require a check for full amount and three credit references.
*Shipping Costs*	All orders F.O.B. shipping point. Shipments will be prepaid and added to invoice. Merchandise will be shipped most economical method. For RUSH orders, next-and-second-day air available at additional cost to customer.
*Guarantee*	All equipment sold by Kernco is guaranteed by the original manufacturer and by Kernco as to material, workmanship, and performance for 90 days. If equipment should prove otherwise, please notify us immediately so that we may give proper instructions for adjustments or replacement.
*Estimates & Quotations*	Estimates and quotations will be given upon request and without obligation for any and all equipment manufactured or distributed or repaired by us. All quotes valid 30 days.
